About The Role

Join our team as a Product Owner, where you will take full ownership of a major product, platform, or technology across its complete lifecycle. You will actively shape short-to-medium-range roadmaps, define strategic OKRs, and manage complex stakeholder relationships with elite global sports organizations. This role requires a technical, highly organized leader who can navigate ambiguity, make high-impact trade-off decisions, and drive consistency across our product portfolio.

  • Strategic Backlog & Scope Ownership: Serve as the definitive voice of the user, client, and business. Fully own the team backlog—defining epics, features, and user stories.
  • Roadmap, Vision & Market Strategy: Actively contribute to and shape the strategic roadmap and vision for our tracking portfolio. Research the market, track competitors, and perform deep user analysis.
  • Stakeholder Management & Ambiguity: Champion your product as its primary global ambassador. Lead high-level technical and business discussions, align cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Strategic product execution experience, particularly in defining Minimum Marketable Features (MMFs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and setting clear OKRs
  • Strong technical grounding with concrete experience managing technically complex products and cloud-based data solutions
  • Superb leadership and communication skills with a knack for removing product-related obstacles, conducting trade-off analyses, and keeping priorities visible
  • 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, demonstrating growing autonomy in managing all stages of the product lifecycle and leading short-range roadmap definition
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to align diverse cross-functional engineering teams, product leads, and high-profile external clients
  • Experience with real-time systems that combine cutting-edge software and hardware tracking infrastructure
  • Experience working on high-performance products within a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Enthusiasm for occasional international travel to collaborate directly with sports federations and teams trackside
  • If you’re excited by the idea of handling high-stakes ambiguity, owning complex product lifecycles, and shaping the global future of sports tracking technology, we’d love to hear from you
