Vice President of Engineering (Reactive Customer Account Management)

Join our team as the Vice President of Engineering, where you will lead the development, launch, and scale-up of a new venture-scale opportunity in the Reactive Customer Account Management (CAM) space. You will define the technology architecture, manage the software development process, and work closely with stakeholders to align product vision and commercial targets. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology leader with a strong background in CAD/CAM or related fields.

• The ideal candidate will have experience or strong familiarity with CAD/CAM space or in a tangential field using 3D modeling, simulation, and spatial data
• Bonus points for some familiarity with C++
• A master's degree in a STEM discipline, or equivalent experience
• Strong full stack fundamentals (you can meaningfully review a hard MR)
• 15+ years leading the development of highly technical engineered software products
• Excellent executive communication and conflict resolution skills
• Advanced knowledge of AI tooling, applications, and trends
• Ability to lead, grow and motivate a team
• Advanced knowledge of modern architecture and trends
• Prior experience in CAD/CAM or a related 3D space
• Strong desire to build a venture scale business with a small team over the next several years
