Senior Backend developer (Java expert)

Join Pixid, a leading platform in the temporary work industry, as a Senior Backend Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing microservices, developing event-driven systems, and optimizing databases. You will also promote engineering best practices, participate in code reviews, and implement comprehensive logging and monitoring. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of backend development experience with Java and the Spring framework, a strong understanding of microservices architecture, and experience with PostgreSQL and event-driven architecture.

• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des microservices en utilisant Java/Spring Boot, en suivant les principes de conception pilotée par le domaine.
• Développer des services pilotés par des événements en utilisant Kafka ou des plateformes similaires, en mettant en œuvre le sourcing d'événements et les modèles CQRS.
• Promouvoir et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques d'ingénierie, y compris le code propre, les principes SOLID, les tests complets et la documentation.
• **6+ years** of backend development experience with Java and Spring framework
• Strong **understanding of microservices** architecture patterns and RESTful API design
• Experience with **event-driven architecture** and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Proficiency in **PostgreSQL**, including query optimization and materialized views
• Understanding of **zero-trust architecture** and security best practices
• Experience with **containerization** (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of **CI/CD practices** and DevOps principles
• Strong **problem-solving** skills and attention to detail
• **Languages:** English C1 🇬🇧 - French B2+ 🇫🇷

• Familiarity with API gateway patterns
