Data Specialist (Contract)

• Data Input: Transferring data from paper-based documents or other digital formats into our ERP system.
• Data Verification: Reviewing and validating data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with source documents.
• Data Maintenance: Updating existing records, correcting errors, and ensuring data integrity.
• Attention to Detail: Data entry with high attention to detail to minimize errors
• Familiarity with Computer Systems: Proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools. Preferred ERP system (NetSuite) and Google Sheets
• Bachelor’s degree program or greater in Business Administration, or/and Relevant Degree
• Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members to resolve data discrepancies
• Organizational Skills: Keeping data organized and easily accessible
