Lead and grow the Platform team across Frontend, Backend, and DevOps, ensuring technical excellence and delivery.
Manage high-impact platform projects, specifically the Fleet dashboard, payment integration, and vehicle configuration services.
Provide architectural guidance, focusing on solid firmware integration and robust system design, while resolving cross-functional conflicts.
Experience with telemetry, real-time data visualization, and geospatial dashboards
Domain agility: Automotive experience is not a requirement; we value the ability to transfer expertise from other domains (e.g., mapping, consumer applications)
Deep technical expertise with solid architectural understanding and hands-on experience in React and GoLang
Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and end-to-end delivery
Experience with IoT, telemetry, and real-time distributed systems
Familiarity with workflow management tools such as Jira
Background in vehicle or asset tracking systems
