• Prior experience in investment banking or strategic finance/corporate finance at a startup with direct experience to an IPO strongly preferred; consulting, financial services, or finance/capital markets at a scaling startup also work
• Organizationally-minded with the ability to juggle multiple unrelated projects
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities both internally and externally
• Competent with AI, with ability to automate and augment their own analytical firepower with AI tools and creations
• MBA required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or STEM preferred
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-faceted projects with limited oversight
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency with slides and spreadsheets required; experience with detailed financial modeling, scenario analysis, and creating strategic plans from these work products desired
• Work authorized in the United States
