Quality Technician (Chassis/GA, Contract - 2nd Shift)

Join our team as a Quality Technician on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve production standards. You will also provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices. • Conduct thorough inspections of automotive components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the production cycle, actively participating in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
• Collaborate with production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate quality standards and expectations, and provide training to production staff on quality control procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting skills

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• High school diploma required (College degree or equivalent preferred but not required)
• 2 or more years of experience in a Manufacturing, Quality, or Process focused role
• Strong understanding of chassis or automotive assembly is preferred
