- Analyzing distribution performance, optimizing workflow tools, generating critical financial forecasts, and developing incentive structures.
- Generating, maintaining, and continuously improving the workflow and effectiveness of distribution tools and systems, and proposing data-driven recommendations for enhancing market reach.
- Creating detailed incentive analysis models to assess the effectiveness and fairness of sales compensation plans, and developing and maintaining accurate revenue forecasts.
- The ideal candidate is a highly analytical self-starter, proficient with data manipulation and visualization tools, and possesses the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Distribution role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data modeling, analysis, and visualization (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience or strong willingness to quickly learn and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and machine learning techniques into analysis and workflow optimization processes
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn new technologies and methodologies
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to use data analysis to identify business problems and recommend solutions
