Sales Ops and Distribution Analyst

• Analyzing distribution performance, optimizing workflow tools, generating critical financial forecasts, and developing incentive structures.
• Generating, maintaining, and continuously improving the workflow and effectiveness of distribution tools and systems, and proposing data-driven recommendations for enhancing market reach.
• Creating detailed incentive analysis models to assess the effectiveness and fairness of sales compensation plans, and developing and maintaining accurate revenue forecasts.
• The ideal candidate is a highly analytical self-starter, proficient with data manipulation and visualization tools, and possesses the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business strategies
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Distribution role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data modeling, analysis, and visualization (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
• Experience or strong willingness to quickly learn and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and machine learning techniques into analysis and workflow optimization processes
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn new technologies and methodologies
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to use data analysis to identify business problems and recommend solutions
