Senior Financial Analyst (Engineering)

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for Engineering OpEx, CapEx, and headcount, partnering closely with Engineering leadership to understand operational needs.
• Support the monthly rolling forecast for OpEx, CapEx, and headcount with variance analysis, and assist in the annual budgeting process by partnering with cross-functional leaders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business, and continuously improve processes and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Highly organized: Capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with an emphasis in Finance
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and ERP systems
• 5+ years of relevant Finance experience. Preferably in Product Development, but not required
