Technical Program Manager (Electrical)

• Coordination, management, and communication of engineering programs across the organization.
• Development and maintenance of project plans to launch product improvements, ensuring timely parts release and implementation.
• Driving projects to successful completion by guiding and supporting engineering teams, identifying and resolving roadblocks.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an engineering discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a technical or management role within a technical sector (automotive or defense experience is a plus)
• Startup experience is advantageous
• Electrical system design and/or power electronics development experience
• Experience with SmartSheets or MS Project
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• CAD experience is a plus
• Defense industry knowledge, preferably for UGV products
