About The Role

Coordination, management, and communication of engineering programs across the organization.
Development and maintenance of project plans to launch product improvements, ensuring timely parts release and implementation.
Driving projects to successful completion by guiding and supporting engineering teams, identifying and resolving roadblocks.
Experience with SmartSheets or MS Project
An ownership mindset and bias for action
EV powertrains
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Change management
Familiarity with Atlassian Jira is a plus
CAD experience is a plus
Electrical system design and harnessing layout
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an engineering discipline
Vehicle hardware integration and packaging
Minimum of 3-5 years in a technical or management role within a technical sector (automotive experience is a plus)
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely
Flexibility to contribute beyond primary job responsibilities
Strong project management skills from ideation to completion
Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
Automotive electronic devices
