Artwork Project Coordination & Process Excellence Manager

Join our team as an Artwork Project Coordination & Process Excellence Manager. In this hybrid role, you will be at the forefront of the Artwork Coordination team, contributing directly to artwork project execution and owning the operational backbone of the function. You will coordinate the end-to-end release of packaging artworks, ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements, and manage artwork activities using digital workflow tools. Additionally, you will design and maintain artwork process standards, drive the adoption of Veeva Vault, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. This position is based in Monza, Italy, with regular travel to Paris, France.

• Coordination of end-to-end release of packaging artworks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Designing and maintaining artwork process standards, SOPs, and workflow guidelines.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis of bottlenecks and recurring issues.
• 5–12 years of experience in artwork coordination, packaging operations, or operational excellence in pharma, consumer health, or cosmetics
• Solid hands-on artwork coordination background, with proven experience in process design and standardization
• Advanced proficiency in Veeva Vault, ideally with configuration or admin experience
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools in operational workflows
• Advanced Excel skills (dashboards, pivot tables, data modeling); familiarity with project management tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to train peers and present to management
• Fluency in English and Italian required; French is a strong asset
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging, Life Sciences, Project Management, or related field
