PPWR Solution Packaging Manager

Join Cooper Consumer Health (CCH) as the PPWR Solution Packaging Manager, where you will lead the company's response to the Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and drive packaging sustainability initiatives. You will be responsible for mapping the portfolio against PPWR and EU Green Deal targets, defining eco-design guidelines, and owning the PPWR action roadmap. Additionally, you will lead priority packaging projects, coordinate EPR declarations, and manage the packaging data system. This role requires a master's degree in packaging, materials science, industrial engineering, or a related field, along with 7+ years of experience in pharma, consumer health, or FMCG packaging.

• Assurer la conformité de l'entreprise aux réglementations sur les emballages et les déchets d'emballage, en particulier la PPWR, en définissant des lignes directrices et des normes de durabilité.
• Diriger et gérer des projets d'emballage prioritaires de bout en bout, en coordonnant les équipes interfonctionnelles pour garantir le respect des délais et des spécifications.
• Coordonner les déclarations EPR sur tous les marchés, en veillant à l'exactitude des données et au respect des délais de dépôt.

**Education**

• Master’s degree or Engineering school (Bac+5) in packaging, materials science, industrial engineering, or a related field.

**Required Experience & Skills**

• 7+ years in pharma, consumer health, or FMCG packaging — combining factory/industrial experience with corporate or project management roles.
• End-to-end packaging change projects: design, specs, supplier qualification, regulatory filing, and launch.
• Proven ability to define packaging standards and specs applied consistently across a multi-site or multi-CMO organization.
• Working knowledge of PPWR, EU sustainability regulation, and EPR schemes — able to translate requirements into action.
• Experience in international companies, navigating cross-functional environments (Marketing, RA, Quality).
• Proficient across packaging materials (glass, plastic, aluminium, board, laminate) and printing technologies.
• Strong Project Management skills (structured and autonomous, comfortable managing concurrent projects in a matrix environment).
• Fluent in English; French and/or Italian a strong plus.
