Senior Account Manager

Join VideoAmp as an Account Manager, where you will manage a dedicated book of post-sale client relationships within the independent agency space. You will drive performance, value, and retention while fostering strong, consultative relationships with clients. You will also collaborate closely with Sales, AdOps, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

• VideoAmp is looking for an experienced Account Lead with deep expertise in AdTech and Measurement
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience using tools like Salesforce, ChurnZero, Zendesk, Pendo, or JIRA to manage accounts and track performance
• Proven ability to manage high-value clients, drive account growth, and exceed performance expectations
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a client-first mindset
• Strong understanding of programmatic media buying and ad operations workflows; hands-on platform experience is a plus
• Passionate about the digital advertising industry and excited to deliver measurable results for clients
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services within AdTech, programmatic media, or digital advertising — agency or vendor side
