Senior Product Manager (Business Processes)

Join Nexamp, a leading renewable energy company, as a Senior Product Manager for Business Processes. In this role, you will partner with department leaders to extract, document, and prioritize requirements for new tools that replace manual processes. You will serve as the bridge between non-technical teams and Nexamp's tech organization, ensuring departments get the tools they need through supported channels. You will also define success metrics for each initiative and track outcomes post-delivery. • Experience documenting and simplifying complex business processes into actionable technical specifications
• Comfort working across many domains simultaneously — this role touches every department, not just one product area
• Eagerness to develop a fundamental understanding of how Nexamp operates and then apply that knowledge effectively to inform business decisions
• Strong judgment on build-vs-buy-vs-automate decisions, especially in environments with mixed technical maturity
• 7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of building net-new products or tools from ambiguous business needs — not just iterating on existing software
• Commitment to Nexamp's mission and have a passion for solving tomorrow's climate crisis today
• Demonstrated ability to extract clear requirements from non-technical stakeholders who may not know what to ask for
• Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information, ideas, and perspectives with people inside and beyond your organization
• Ability to ask appropriate questions, analyze data, identify the root causes of problems, and present creative solutions
