Junior Infrastructure Engineer

Join Sifflet, a data observability platform, as a Junior Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement new features in the Sifflet web UI and browser extensions. You will enhance the frontend architecture, develop quality standards, and contribute to the team's culture. This is an on-site position in Paris with flexible remote work options.

• Collaborer avec les chefs de produit, les designers et les ingénieurs backend pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des fonctionnalités innovantes.
• Améliorer l'architecture, le cadre et le design de notre frontend, et développer des normes de qualité fiables.
• Travailler avec l'ensemble de l'équipe d'ingénierie pour façonner la culture de l'équipe, recruter de nouvelles personnes et contribuer à un fonctionnement harmonieux de l'équipe.
• Software engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Of course, you don’t have to know everything upfront, you’ll pick up what you need on the job.

• We’re looking for engineers that are **willing to learn many different areas quickly** and don’t consider anything as “out of my scope”. This position requires working on Python, Java and Go codebases, and includes a significant share of software development and data engineering on top of the usual infrastructure work.
• You take ownership of your projects from design to production, and aren’t afraid of taking initiatives. We value autonomy (a lot!), but we have a strong team that’s always available to help.

This is an **on-site position in our Paris office (9em)** with flexible remote work allowed a few days per week.
