About The Role

Join 7shifts, a Silicon Valley VC-backed startup, as a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A). In this highly collaborative role, you'll own operating expense forecasting, build driver-based financial models, and translate data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with department leaders and executives, have immediate visibility and impact, and play a key role in modernizing our planning process.   • Assumer la responsabilité de la prévision des dépenses d'exploitation (OPEX) et de la maintenance du budget en veillant à ce que les transactions soient correctement reflétées dans les P&L départementaux.
  • Collaborer avec les leaders de département pour évaluer, remettre en question et documenter les hypothèses qui sous-tendent les coûts d'exploitation.
  • Jouer un rôle clé dans la migration des modèles financiers basés sur des indicateurs de performance de feuilles de calcul vers Drivetrain.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand business models and identify the key drivers behind financial performance
  • Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting, with the discipline to build, maintain, and document defensible assumptions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for stakeholders across the business while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines
  • Experience as a Financial Analyst in a SaaS or startup environment, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Fluency in SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, and retention, with a strong understanding of how they influence operating costs and overall business health
  • Experience using financial systems, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms (such as NetSuite, ThoughtSpot, and Finqore) to deliver accurate, actionable insights
  • Completion of a CPA designation
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations
