About The Role

In this newly created role, you will support the Legal Department during a period of significant corporate integration activity and expanded cross-functional legal demands. You will be responsible for maintaining subsidiary records, assisting with corporate governance and compliance activities, handling document management and routine corporate filings, coordinating insurance-related documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams with corporate legal requests.   • Maintenir et mettre à jour les dossiers des filiales, les livres de société et les bases de données de gestion des entités.
  • Assister aux activités de gouvernance d'entreprise et de conformité, gérer la documentation et les dépôts d'entreprise.
  • Coordonner et traiter la documentation liée à l'assurance, et soutenir les équipes interfonctionnelles avec les demandes juridiques.
  • 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in an in-house legal department or corporate law firm
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Finance, HR, Tax, and other teams
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision, while knowing when to escalate
  • Active Notary Public commission (strongly preferred, as the role frequently involves notarizing corporate documents)
  • Solid working knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and compliance processes
