Manager of Global Billing Operations

Join Recorded Future, a leading cybersecurity company, as the Manager of Global Billing Operations. In this hybrid role, you will oversee the translation of complex SaaS contracts into accurate and timely billing and revenue outcomes. You will partner closely with various departments to ensure processes are scalable and aligned with business growth. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, leading collections processes, and ensuring compliance with global tax and regulatory requirements. You will also lead and develop a high-performing team.

• Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation aligned with contract terms, pricing structures, and booking policies.
• Lead collections processes, including AR aging, follow-ups, and dispute resolution, while monitoring and driving performance against key metrics such as DSO.
• Act as a key escalation resource for revenue accounting, process, and deal-related issues across the Company's products, pricing, and non-routine transactions.
• Strong experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
• 7+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue accounting, or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Experience with automation, AI, or process improvement initiatives
• 3+ years of people management experience or team leadership experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong Order to Cash & Revenue Accounting experience
• Experience with marketplace billing (AWS, Azure) and third-party invoicing tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba)
• Exposure to Government portal WAAF, including tax and multi-entity environments
