Senior Software Engineer (Customer Growth)

• Conduire des projets d'ingénierie à leur achèvement, en mettant l'accent sur l'impact commercial de ces projets.
• Exécuter rapidement et efficacement de nouvelles idées sur le backend tout en étant une ressource pour d'autres équipes et ingénieurs.
• Travailler en collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles telles que le produit et le design pour planifier et exécuter des projets d'ingénierie.
• Experience leveraging AI coding-agents to deliver production software
• Solid experience building software on top of relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL
• Write high quality, maintainable, testable code
• Experience supporting and maintaining production software platforms
• Fluent in at least one major programming language and would be able to switch between multiple languages. We mainly use Go, Python, Php, with Swift, Kotlin and Java for our mobile apps
• Curious, data-driven, and a critical problem solver. Break down complex problems rigorously and understand the tradeoffs necessary to deliver great, impactful products
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering
