Operations Manager, Performance & Safety

Join our Business Operations Team in Paris as an Operation Manager, Performance & Safety. In this role, you will work closely with our Quality & Safety Manager to improve operations by ensuring reliable quality and uncompromising safety. Your key responsibilities will include leading on-site audits, driving compliance after audits, elevating documentation, and contributing to special projects. This is a work-study position for students currently enrolled in a top engineering school.

• Lead on-site audits to assess service quality, fleet and warehouse safety, and ensure operational standards are met across cities.
• Drive compliance after audits by helping design and roll out corrective actions, tracking implementation across sites, and serving as the bridge between HQ and local teams.
• Contribute to special projects such as warehouse optimisation, sourcing new service providers, and streamlining operations, always with a focus on continuous improvement in performance and safety.

**Education**: Currently enrolled in a top engineering school, seeking a work-study position (alternance) starting September 2026 with a 1 week / 1 week or 2 weeks / 2 weeks rotation schedule, to ensure project continuity.

**Project management:** You support and take ownership of specific topics, structure your approach, and move things forward proactively, with guidance and support from your team.

**Analytical mindset:** You know how to extract key insights, write impactful reports, and guide action with clear, practical recommendations (e.g., summarise an audit in a few lines and help implement concrete solutions).

**People skills:** You communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams, from field staff to management.

**Mobility & travel:** You take part in regular visits to our warehouses in France and Belgium to follow up on your projects
