About The Role
Join Fleet Logistics, a leading provider of operational and strategic fleet solutions in Europe. As an Administrative Specialist in Invoice Control, you will support day-to-day administrative and operational activities within the Fleet Service Centre, ensuring high data quality, timely execution, and excellent support to internal stakeholders. You will verify and approve supplier invoices, generate billing materials for clients, and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and a commitment to a positive customer experience.
- Podpora každodenním administrativním a operačním činnostem v rámci Centra služeb pro vozový park, zajištění vysoké kvality dat, včasné realizace a vynikající podpory interním zúčastněným stranám.
- Ověření, schválení nebo zamítnutí dodavatelských faktur na základě pravidel specifických pro klienta, zajištění faktické, smluvní a matematické přesnosti.
- Generování a dodávání fakturačních materiálů pro klienty, zajištění úplné přesnosti dat a souladu s požadovanými formáty.
**This is your profile to be successful in this role:**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Fleet Management with back-office and support positions
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal,
- an University Degree would be a plus
- Native Czech language skills & excellent level of English (both written and verbal)
- proficiency in Excel: Pivot Tables, IF functions, large data sets
- proven track of being a quick learner that is enthusiastic, "hands-on" and has a "can-do" attitude

- reliable and accountable team player.
