About The Role

Join Spot & Tango, a leading pet health & wellness brand, as a Product Manager on our Digital Product team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with software engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to design and build intuitive, delightful experiences for our customers. You will translate business needs into clear PRDs and tickets, assist in building and QAing high-quality digital products, participate in product launches, and collaborate with data engineers and analysts to track feature performance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing ecommerce platform and drive immediate impact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build intuitive digital experiences for customers.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and work with engineering and design teams to ensure alignment.
Participate in product launches, review new functionality, log issues, and help triage feedback to prioritize enhancements.
You are curious, detail-oriented, and excel at using product management skills to build great digital experiences for customers
You love digging into problems and creating thoughtful, user-friendly experiences to address them
You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and understand the importance of connecting the dots between customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints in the product and software development lifecycle
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teammates
Strong attention to detail
3-5 years of experience in a product management, software development, program management, strategy, or similar role
Passion for digital products and delivering great user experiences
Dog lover!
Strong desire to continue to learn and grow your skills in product management, technology, and software development
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and willing to take ownership to help push projects over the finish line
