About The Role

Join our team as a Senior Backend Engineer and work on exciting projects that will shape the future of our platform. You will be responsible for extending and optimizing our data APIs, creating new data feeds for commercial partners, and improving our cloud-based infrastructure. You will work closely with our product and engineering team and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our technology.

Extending, improving, and optimizing data APIs that handle over 100 million events monthly.
Creating new data feeds for commercial partners and developing brand new APIs and endpoints.
Collaborating with the product and engineering team to refine new features and requirements.
We’re looking for an experienced backend engineer, working on the core technology that powers our platform
Experience documenting APIs with Swagger / Open API
Experience writing RESTful APIs in production environments
5+ years commercial experience building systems with Go
Experience using some flavour of SQL for data persistence
Experience building cloud native solutions
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience working with event driven systems
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
