Engineering Manager (Platform)

In this role, you will lead and grow a team of platform engineers, set technical direction for platform architecture, and ensure roadmap execution. • Lead and grow a team of platform engineers with a focus on Infrastructure, DevOps, and developer experience.
• Set technical direction for platform architecture and ensure roadmap execution, balancing short-term delivery with long-term investments.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational tooling in a regulated environment, ensuring systems are secure, scalable, observable, and resilient.
• Comfort using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow to accelerate development, debugging, and learning
• 3+ years managing and growing high-performing teams
• Ability to set technical direction across both developer experience and infrastructure
• Experience operating production systems and supporting on-call rotations
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on business impact
• Familiarity with technologies like Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, ArgoCD, Datadog, PostgreSQL, CI/CD tooling, and GitOps
• 10+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps or SRE roles
• Prior experience as a Staff or Senior Engineer before moving into management
• Experience in fintech or other regulated environments
