Junior Revenue Operations Specialist

Join Superchat as a Junior Revenue Operations Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for systems administration, data quality and governance, reporting and analytics, and process improvement. • Maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting the systems and tools that the business relies on every day, including HubSpot and Chargebee.
• Owning HubSpot configuration, including properties, objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages, permissions, automation, and platform governance.
• Partnering with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Operations to map processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable system improvements.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus
• You enjoy documentation, governance, and creating repeatable processes that scale across the business
• You've owned CRM systems, built workflows, fixed data issues, and enjoy solving operational problems end-to-end
• You use data to make decisions, value accuracy, and understand the importance of high-quality CRM data
• You take responsibility for outcomes, proactively identify problems, and follow through until they're solved
• You work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver solutions
• You naturally see inefficient processes and think about how to redesign them into scalable, automated systems
