About The Role

Join Superchat as a Product Manager (Core) and take ownership of the heart of our platform: the unified inbox, channels, and workflows. You'll be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, and will work closely with customers, engineers, and designers. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own the inbox, channels, and workflows end-to-end: discovery, spec, build, launch, measure.
Stay close to customers every week, in direct calls, by talking to CS and support, and by digging into the data yourself.
Ship features that are simple enough for customers to set up themselves.
