Product Manager (Integrations)

Join Superchat as a Product Manager for the Integrations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for owning the surface that determines the effectiveness of our AI agents in real-world applications. You'll design APIs, ship agent tooling, and collaborate with senior engineers and external partner teams. This is a technical role that requires an engineering background or serious hands-on coding experience. You'll work closely with customers and partners, embed with engineers, and drive the launch and awareness of new products. • Own the end-to-end process of integrations, the public API, and webhooks, including strategy, specification, building, launching, and measuring success.
• Design API surfaces, debate OAuth and webhook patterns, and collaborate with senior engineers and external partner teams to ensure well-architected solutions.
• Drive positioning, in-product moments, and keynotes for big launches, working closely with marketing and sales to raise awareness.
• Extreme clarity in writing and thinking
• Fluent in OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, retries, and API versioning. Tool-calling and function-calling patterns a strong plus
• Exceptional product and operational judgement
