Senior Product Manager (Restaurant Point of Sale)

Join our team as a Senior Product Manager for our next-generation Restaurant Point of Sale platform. In this strategic and execution-oriented role, you will own product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and delivery for a modern SaaS solution designed for independent and mid-sized restaurant operators. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, go-to-market teams, and executive leadership to create intuitive, scalable products that address real operational challenges for restaurant owners and staff. This is an opportunity to build meaningful products from the ground up in a fast-paced environment where customer empathy, speed, and product quality are paramount.

• 7+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling SaaS products
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment with high ownership and accountability
• Exceptional product discovery, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into elegant, intuitive user experiences
• Ability to work hybrid from our Newark office three days per week
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment
• Strong experience building products for SMB or consumer-oriented users, with a deep appreciation for usability and operational simplicity
• Experience working at a POS company, restaurant technology provider, or within restaurant operations
• Familiarity with ordering, payments, kiosks, kitchen workflows, loyalty, or other hospitality technology ecosystems
