Senior Creative Lead

• Brand system fluency: Deep experience building and scaling design guidelines, component libraries, and template architectures across both digital and physical formats
• 5-8+ years of experience in brand design, marketing design, or creative direction within a high-growth SaaS, enterprise tech, or consumer platform environment. Portfolio should show range across web, social, email, print, events, and branded physical products
• AI design literacy: Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative workflows. You actively use these tools to move faster and you have opinions about where they work and where they don’t
• Speed without shortcuts: You thrive under pressure. You move fast without compromising craft. You know when to push for perfection and when to ship
• Tool mastery: Expert in Figma. Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Comfortable with motion, light animation, and print production
• Leadership experience: You have managed and developed designers before. You know how to run effective design reviews, present creative rationale to senior leadership, and maintain quality across a team’s output
