Senior Customer Success Executive - Enterprise

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and end users within each of your accounts.
• Consult clients on how to solve challenges / achieve desired outcomes with GWI, and create success plans to drive adoption.
• Identify and feedback growth opportunities with your AM counterparts, and pull, analyze, and deliver regular usage reports for each of your accounts.
