Senior Marketing Analytics Associate

Join Faire, a fast-growing marketplace, as a Senior Marketing Analytics Associate. In this role, you will use data to drive growth strategies and maximize ROI across various marketing channels. You will collaborate with strategic finance and marketing managers, conduct analysis on attribution, design and measure experiments, and own various payback and ROI analyses. You will also build and monitor strategic dashboards, propose spend growth decisions, and contribute to the strategic planning of your team.

• Concevoir et mesurer des expériences axées sur la conduite du comportement des utilisateurs au sein de la plateforme, des deux côtés de l'entreprise.
• Knowledge of A/B testing best practices and measurement required
• You can think across multiple dimensions of a business and P&L and can work cross-functionally to deliver results
• You are highly analytical and data-driven. You can complete complex analyses, define critical metrics, size opportunity areas, and measure and report on performance across the business. You enjoy analytical work and rolling up your sleeves to get to the right answer
• You want to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
• A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or business operations at a high growth startup and/or marketplace business
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize at the right altitude
• You have the ability to both lead through influence and execute extremely well
• Knowledge of SQL required
• Ability to flex between analytical, strategic and operational aspects of the job
