About The Role

Join quip, a fast-growing oral care brand, as the Chief Growth Officer. In this role, you will own the end-to-end growth engine, including brand, content, influencer, partnerships, and paid media, as well as the digital commerce P&L. You will be a core member of the executive team, helping shape company strategy and engaging directly with the board on the growth agenda. You will lead a world-class growth organization and be a force for quip, both internally and externally.

  • Own and grow the digital commerce P&L toward profitable growth; treat every marketing and content program as a revenue driver first.
  • Set a clear growth strategy and sequence the bets with discipline — fewer things, executed better and faster, with genuine urgency.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class growth organization across marketing and e-commerce; put people first, set a high bar, and drive flawless, accountable execution.
  • 12-15+ years of growth and marketing leadership, including direct ownership of a revenue P&L — you have carried a number, not just a budget
  • The presence to be an external face and an internal rallying force — a communicator who inspires teams and can represent a brand on a stage
  • Experience in omnichannel consumer or CPG, ideally in a business around the $100–250M range, with a track record of driving profitable growth across DTC, marketplaces, and retail
  • A people-first, execution-minded leadership style — you build teams, set standards, and get things done with focus and urgency
  • Real fluency with modern growth tooling and AI — you have used, and ideally built, AI-enabled workflows to expand what a team can do, with clear judgment about where humans must stay in the loop
  • Proven command of both demand creation and a digital commerce P&L, and a habit of treating marketing as a revenue engine above all else
  • Experience operating as part of an executive team and engaging with a board — comfortable with the numbers, the narrative, and the room
  • Challenger instincts: a track record of winning relevance and share against far-better-funded incumbents, doing more with less
