• Driving commercial performance by optimizing sales processes, strengthening sales capabilities, and ensuring operational discipline across Sales and Customer Care teams.
• Supporting the definition and execution of the sales strategy, including leading the annual sales planning cycle in line with Group principles.
• Monitoring sales and customer performance, developing KPIs and dashboards, and driving corrective actions through data-driven insights.
