Sourcing Business Partner (m/f/d) Project Business and IT & AI

Join Hager Group as a Sourcing Business Partner (m/f/d) for Project Business and IT & AI. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between these business segments and the Sourcing organization. You will support the alignment of sourcing strategies with business objectives, facilitate effective communication, and contribute to the implementation of collaborative solutions to optimize sourcing initiatives. The position is based in Obernai, Blieskastel, or Emmenbrücke and offers a permanent contract.

• Act as a key interface between the Project Business and IT & AI segments and the Sourcing organization, ensuring alignment between sourcing strategies and business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, promote the Sourcing vision, and ensure a shared understanding of priorities and goals.
• Provide relevant analyses and recommendations to Category Management teams, ensuring business needs are accurately reflected in category strategies.

Profile description

### Your profile

• **Education & experience:** Relevant Master’s degree and at least **5 years of experience in sourcing** within an international organization
• **Strategic & analytical mindset:** Strong ability to develop strategies and solve complex issues through a data-driven approach, solid business understanding, and sound decision-making
• **Stakeholder management & collaboration:** Proven ability to manage stakeholders in multicultural and cross-functional environments, build trust, and develop a strong professional network
• **Communication & adaptability:** Excellent communication skills, ability to operate in dynamic environments, influence diverse stakeholders, and explain complex topics in **English** (German and/or French are a plus)
• **Ownership & global outlook:** Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented mindset, international perspective, and commitment to business alignment and continuous improvement
