Director of Channel Revenue

Join Magnite, a leading advertising technology company, as the Director of Channel Revenue. In this high-visibility role, you will drive Magnite's CTV channel revenue strategy, targeting the SMB market through strategic channel partners. Your responsibilities will include pipeline and revenue generation, consultative and educational selling, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will report directly to the SVP of Advanced Solutions & Channel Revenue.

• Own, build, and close a high-value pipeline of Tier 1 channel partners to drive revenue generation.
• Guide prospects through a complex sales cycle, demystifying CTV technology for platforms that are traditionally search/social-heavy.
• Position Magnite’s buyer solutions as the premier plug-and-play CTV engines for partner platforms through effective go-to-market execution.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced startup within a mature company environment. You are comfortable building the playbook as you go
• Deep SMB Ecosystem Rolodex: A proven track record of selling into or partnering with major Vertical SaaS platforms (e.g., food delivery, local services, marketplaces) and scaled SMB agencies/service providers
• Complex Sales Cycle Mastery: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder consultative sales cycles, shifting seamlessly between executive-level vision and granular execution
• 8+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, adtech, or enterprise SaaS business development
• Exceptional Communication: Ability to translate complex programmatic infrastructure into clear, ROI-driven business outcomes for partners who may be entirely new to TV
• CTV & Programmatic Fluency: Strong foundational knowledge of the digital video/CTV landscape, programmatic execution, and data onboarding
