Technical Account Manager (Client Success, Magnite, SpringServe)

Join Magnite, a leading programmatic advertising platform, as a Technical Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients on our SpringServe ad server and programmatic platforms. You will interface with clients daily, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with local revenue and sales teams. This is a generalist position that requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.

• Serve as the primary technical lead on EMEA publisher accounts for SpringServe ad server and programmatic platforms, providing best-in-class technical support and troubleshooting.
• Onboard new clients onto the technology ecosystem, collaborating with them to find their optimal setup on SpringServe and ensuring their long-term success.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business to help them realize the full potential of the platform, and work closely with local sales teams on strategic pitches.

• 1-2 years Ad Tech Expertise
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• A strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including CTV/Streaming, SSPs, DSPs, Ad Servers
• Familiarity with data querying and scripting languages (such as SQL, Python, and Pandas) and utilizing AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude Code)
• Professional proficiency in German
