Staff Analyst (R&D Engineering FP&A)

As a Staff Analyst in R&D Engineering FP&A, you will support financial operations for the engineering and R&D organization, develop department budgets, monitor spending, and drive reporting and process improvements. • Develop department budgets, monitor and analyze actual spending against budget, and report on performance.
• Drive the budget development process, lead budget review meetings, and support internal controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop reporting dashboards and drive continuous process improvement.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate Finance
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
