Operations & logistics B2B - Internship

Join Sensaterra, a fast-growing startup in the hot beverages market. As an Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring B2B client satisfaction, managing logistics, and optimizing processes. • Assurer l'installation des machines et des consommables pour les nouveaux contrats, et gérer le contrat tout au long de sa durée.
• Traiter toutes les demandes après-vente des clients B2B dans un délai de 2 heures pour maintenir un taux de satisfaction de 100 %.
• Préparer les colis à envoyer aux clients, coordonner la collecte des colis et aider les clients avec les problèmes logistiques.

**Required profile**

• You have the **driving licence**
• **You like to be on the field**, with a good structuration mindset to ensure a good reporting
• You are **fond of challenges**; you are **proactive** and **ultra-motivated** by being invested in an ambitious start-up launch and growth
• You are a **POSITIVE** person: there is no problem, only solution!
• You enjoy human relations. You are dynamic and have the **smile** 😊
• You've got a good **level of English**
• You are passionate or just very curious about the **hot beverages market**
