Operations Manager BENELUX (H/F) - DUTCH SPEAKER - CDI

As the Operations Manager for the Benelux region, you will be responsible for launching and structuring the market, securing partnerships, building the local supply network, and adapting operations to local specificities. This is an entrepreneurial role with high autonomy and strong impact, ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and experience in launching new markets or products.

• Lancer et structurer le marché Benelux, sécuriser les premiers revenus et partenariats.
• Construire le réseau d'approvisionnement local, adapter les opérations aux spécificités locales.
• Recruter et gérer les premiers membres de l'équipe Benelux, atteindre l'adéquation produit-marché.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in start-up, consulting, business development, or general management
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in launching new markets, business units, or products is a strong plus
• Structured and highly execution-oriented
• Strong sensitivity to business KPIs (GMV, margin, conversion)
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Native in Dutch/Flemish
• Fully proficient in English
• French is a plus
• Willing to take ownership and build long-term
