Join Brooklinen, a fast-growing home essentials brand, as the Director of Business Operations (Product Lifecycle & Go-To Market). In this highly visible role, you will drive the cross-functional operating cadence that supports the product development process from concept through launch. You will partner closely with various teams, ensure clear handoffs, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen the go-to-market process. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in business operations or cross-functional leadership within consumer brands, strong situational leadership skills, and a deep understanding of product development.

• Drive the cross-functional operating cadence that supports the product development process from concept through launch.
• Partner closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Production, Creative, Digital, and Marketing teams to align milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
• Strengthen the cross-functional go-to-market process across product, brand, digital, and channel teams.
• 10+ years of experience in business operations, product operations, or cross-functional leadership within consumer brands
• Strong situational leadership and negotiation skills when navigating competing priorities
• Experience building or improving cross-functional go-to-market processes
• You are fluent in how products move from concept through sampling, development, approvals, production, and launch
• High standards, strong follow-through, and a bias toward action
• Experience working within brands known for strong product development and go-to-market operating models in soft goods, apparel, or consumer goods environments is a plus
• Deep expertise in soft goods product development
• Exceptional relationship-building and influence skills with the ability to establish trust quickly across teams and senior stakeholders
• A builder’s mindset with the ability to introduce structure where needed, while remaining pragmatic and flexible
