CRM Manager FR (f/m/x)

As a CRM Manager for France, you will drive customer engagement, retention, and campaign performance across various channels. You will work closely with multiple teams and have a direct impact on user engagement and retention.

• Plan, create, and optimize CRM campaigns for the French market across various channels.
• Take ownership of the French campaign calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with high quality.
• Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and continuously improve targeting, messaging, timing, and channel mix.

**Qualifications**

• You are a **native-level French speaker** with excellent writing and communication skills.
• You are fluent in English. German language skills are a strong plus.
• You have experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, app marketing, or a similar digital marketing role.
• You have hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools. Experience with Braze is a strong plus.
• You understand how to create effective user communication across push notifications, in-app messages, and email.
• You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing recurring campaigns, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders.
• You enjoy working with data and can translate campaign results into clear learnings and recommendations.
• You have a good feeling for user needs, local market relevance, and engaging copy.
• You are proactive, collaborative, and confident working with teams such as Operations, Marketing, Design, Sales, and Product.
• Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, personalization, or customer lifecycle journeys is a plus.
