Head of Paid Media

Join Somerce as the Head of Paid Media, where you will own the paid media strategy across our client portfolio on TikTok and connected channels. You will define how paid media is used to accelerate GMV, build scalable paid frameworks, and stay ahead of TikTok's ad product developments. You will lead end-to-end campaign management, plan budgets, and align paid activity with trading calendars and product launches. Additionally, you will build and lead a team of Paid Media Managers and Executives, setting clear standards for campaign quality and reporting.

• Deep understanding of creative performance on TikTok - what works and why
• Proven experience owning paid media strategy and execution at a senior level
• Track record of delivering ROAS and GMV targets, not just traffic metrics
• Experience managing and developing a paid media team
• Experience at a social commerce or performance agency
• Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG paid media
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop-specific ad formats including GMV Max and VSA
• Experience integrating paid strategy with affiliate, live commerce or organic content
