Paid Manager (TikTok)

Join our team as a Paid Manager for TikTok, where you will build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across a portfolio of TikTok Shop brands. You will work with the full suite of TikTok ad formats, set up campaign structures, bidding strategies, and budget pacing to maximize efficiency. You will monitor spend and performance daily, own ongoing campaign optimization, and run structured A/B tests. You will also translate performance data into actionable briefs for the content team and prepare clear performance reports for your accounts. This is a fast-paced role for someone who wants to become a TikTok paid specialist and build their career in social commerce.

• Gérer, optimiser et superviser les campagnes publicitaires payantes sur TikTok pour un portefeuille de marques.
• Mettre en place des structures de campagne, des stratégies d'enchères et un suivi budgétaire pour maximiser l'efficacité.
• Surveiller les dépenses et les performances quotidiennement, identifier les problèmes et agir rapidement.
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Solid understanding of performance metrics - ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR - and how to move them
• Strong analytical instinct - you look at data and know what it is telling you
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace
• Good communicator who can explain performance clearly in writing and in conversation
• Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, with direct experience in TikTok Ads Manager
• Experience with TikTok Shop-specific ad formats - GMV Max, VSA, Spark Ads
• Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG paid media
• Experience at a performance or social commerce agency
• Familiarity with live commerce amplification and how paid integrates with creator and affiliate activity
