Contract Intelligence Consultant (JD/Paralegal)

Join our team as a Contract Intelligence Consultant, where you'll engage directly with enterprise clients to understand their contract operations and business priorities. You'll translate these requirements into scalable processes, guidance, and quality standards for our delivery teams. This role is not a traditional contract review or paralegal position; instead, you'll act as the bridge between our clients and our delivery organization, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise clients to understand contract review objectives, operational workflows, business priorities, and risk considerations.
• Translate client requirements into structured annotation guidelines, review playbooks, and operating procedures, and define standards for clause interpretation.
• Collaborate with internal AI tools to accelerate the development and refinement of review guidelines, and design training materials, competency assessments, and certification programs for analysts.
• Proven ability to convert ambiguous business requirements into clear written guidance and operational processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience creating contract playbooks, clause libraries, templates, or review guidelines
• Experience developing training materials, assessments, or certification programs
• 5+ years of experience in commercial contracting, contract management, contract lifecycle management (CLM), contract intelligence, or legal operations
• Experience leading client discovery workshops and gathering requirements from enterprise stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal English
