About The Role

Join CloudFactory, a mission-driven team dedicated to transforming the world through AI. As a Principal AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy and vision for our client-facing experience, engaging with enterprise clients, leading product discovery, and driving execution across multiple teams. This role requires a strong technical background, experience in product management, and the ability to influence at an organizational level.

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Own the product strategy and vision for the client-facing experience of CloudFactory's platform and bespoke client solutions, defining where we are going and why.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a senior product authority for enterprise clients, leading scoping conversations, shaping solutions, and managing expectations with confidence and commercial awareness.
  • Roadmap & Execution: Own and drive a significant area of the product roadmap, ensuring priorities are outcome-focused, clearly sequenced, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Proven ability to lead product discovery and define methodology, not just execute within an established process
  • 7+ years of experience in a Product Manager role, with at least 2 years operating at a Senior or Principal level with significant strategic ownership
  • Technically credible, comfortable engaging in architectural and implementation discussions with engineering teams, and able to challenge technical decisions with substance
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at an organisational level, across teams, functions, and senior stakeholders, without relying on authority
  • Strong track record of engaging directly with enterprise clients, including managing difficult conversations, scoping complex solutions, and saying no when needed
  • Experience making and communicating build vs. buy vs. partner decisions
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and modern cloud-based systems
  • Demonstrated experience owning a product domain end to end, from vision and strategy through to discovery, delivery, and outcome measurement
  • A PM who can identify what not to build as clearly as what to build, and defend those decisions with evidence
  • Someone who is externally visible and commercially credible with enterprise clients, while maintaining internal rigour and platform discipline
  • A strategic product thinker who can set direction, not just execute within it
  • Experience working in fast-growing or high-ambiguity environments where the platform is still being defined
  • Experience mentoring or developing other product managers
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies in distributed, multi-timezone team environments
  • A technically confident communicator who can operate as a peer to engineering, not just a requester of it
  • Experience in B2B, enterprise, or platform-based products with a dual-sided or multi-customer dynamic
  • High ownership mindset, accountable for outcomes, not just delivery milestones
  • Exposure to AI/ML systems, data platforms, or human-in-the-loop workflows
  • Experience thinking about AI output quality as a product problem, including how to measure, monitor, and improve model performance in production
  • Someone who raises the bar around them, sharing knowledge, improving process, and making the team better
