Executive Sourcer

As an Executive Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier executive talent across various business functions. You will work closely with executive recruiters and leadership stakeholders to define talent profiles, conduct market research, and develop targeted sourcing strategies. • Identifying, engaging, and building relationships with senior-level and executive talent across various business functions.
• Partnering closely with executive recruiters and leadership stakeholders to define talent profiles, conduct market research, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Tracking candidate activity and maintaining organized workflows using tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and executive research platforms.
• Experience using sourcing tools (such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms) and applicant tracking systems
• Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach, with an interest in testing new tools to improve efficiency
• 4+ years of experience in executive search, advising clients on talent and hiring, and managing the search process
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates from top industry players through research, outreach, and sourcing tools
• Ability to partner with recruiters and senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into targeted sourcing and research strategies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple executive searches and maintain accurate pipeline tracking
