Product Compliance Analyst (Money)

About The Role

As a Product Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance for our financial products, including debit cards, spending accounts, and credit cards. You will collaborate with various teams to integrate regulatory requirements into our financial platforms and enhance the customer experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence partner teams (Product, Legal, Operations, and Risk)
- Experience supporting complaint management, audits, and regulatory examinations
- 5–7 years of compliance experience supporting consumer banking, credit cards, consumer lending, or other regulated financial products
- Strong working knowledge of consumer financial regulations, including Regulation Z, Regulation E, UDAAP, FCRA, ECOA/Reg B, and related banking regulations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet key regulatory deadlines
- Ability to view Compliance as a strategic business partner that supports new product development while effectively managing regulatory risk
- Experience reviewing marketing materials, customer communications, and product launches from a regulatory compliance perspective
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with a drive to build compliant, customer-focused financial products
- Proven ability to assess and manage compliance risks for novel or undefined financial features, translating evolving regulatory guidance into clear, actionable requirements for product teams
