As a Product Operations Manager (Crypto), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our crypto products and future launches. You will work with cross-functional partners to guarantee operational readiness and shape the future of crypto operations.

Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and readiness for crypto products.
Support and refine operational processes for Robinhood’s crypto products, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements through automation, enhanced tooling, or revised procedures.
Strong attention to detail paired with a proactive, risk-aware mindset and a bias toward problem-solving and execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory landscape
Resourcefulness and agility in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
3+ years of experience in crypto product operations, crypto operations, or a related field
Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows across the business
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives independently across teams and global time zones
