Senior Business Recruiter (High Volume)

Join our team as a Senior Business Recruiter, where you will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume non-technical roles. You will source and engage candidates through targeted outreach and creative strategies, coordinate closely with other recruiters, establish clear recruiting workflows, and utilize recruiting technology to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong collaboration skills, and a track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience sourcing for high-volume roles
• Ability to operate effectively in environments with changing priorities and establish recruiting processes where structure may not yet exist
• Experience using Greenhouse as an ATS and Gem to manage sourcing campaigns, pipeline tracking, and recruiting analytics
• Comfort incorporating AI tools into daily recruiting workflows to improve research, sourcing, communication, and efficiency
• Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with multiple recruiters and hiring partners working toward shared hiring goals
• Strong sourcing experience with a track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates
